Bringing safe and guided movement to your body and mind!

Small group classes are offered Friday morning and Sunday evenings. Please see the class schedule below and sign up for your space! Classes are limited to 3-5 spaces and focus on supporting your body with guidance, individual attention, smiles, and hopefully some laughs!​

STANDING FORM QIGONG ONE ON ONE

Standing meditation, gentle and practiced holding relaxed posture while focusing on breath and body awareness. Rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, designed to cultivate and balance qi (vital energy), improve posture alignment, and calm the nervous system. Builds strength, stability, and deep internal awareness with consistent practice.  ​​

ASANA FOR SPINE HEALTH ONE ON ONE

Guided movement that allows for increased spine flexibility and brings attention to body balance, alignment, comfort, and daily movement. Positions are held and moved through slowly, while modalities in Thai massage assists in clearing stagnant energy, reducing joint restrictions, softening adhesions, improving body mobility, and reducing discomfort. This practice is designed for increased quality of life, energy, and comfort. â€‹
